This role is the right blend of sales & customer relationship management. The individual will play a key role in building strategic accounts and running opportunities on emerging technologies like data, analytics, DevOps, cloud, AI & RPA. The individual will also serve Dataflix’s select clients & prospects as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans & solutions.

The right candidate must be tech savvy, passionate about technology & sales and should love exploring new challenges. And this role will also be a key part of an exciting growth journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand business challenges & goals to facilitate clients success.
  • Working closely with customers/prospects to understand their requirements, map those to our products & service, and build a solid value proposition story backed by solid business cases.
  • Drive the sales process end-to-end, including creation of proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to effectively communicate product/solution feedback.
  • Support our delivery organization in post-sales activities including clarifying customer expectations, technical hand-off, verbal explanation, and written documentation.

Qualification

  • Should be passionate about sales and technology.
  • Proven track record of successful sales presentations.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
  • Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal.
  • Creative and innovative; seen as a visionary in his/her approach.
